First thing to check is that you have copied the full link and have no capital letters.
If you are unsure if the link is correct, please refer to the person who forwarded the link to you.
If you have the link correct but you cannot seem to access it, you may be trying to “google” the link. Please make sure you type the link into the URL bar (the bit at the top of the screen which says www.westreamit.co.uk....). All links are hidden from google to maintain the privacy of the service.

Unfortunately, we cannot give out links due to privacy rules. The link would have to come directly from the family or the person who booked us for the service.
If you are returning after the service has taken place all you have to do is press play. Services can take a few minutes to reappear after they finish so, please be patient if the service has only just finished.
All our services have a schedule attached to the stream. If you tune into the page, you should see a date and time on the video box. These schedules are geographically updated so will show your local time if you are not in Scotland.
You can leave a message in the comment box below the video.
Messages which are sent to our helpline will not be added to the page as we do not know which service these are for.
All our streams are available for 28 days after the service has taken place. After this the page will be removed to make space for other services to take place.
Copies of the service can be requested via the person who booked the service. Please refer to this person to request a download link.
Yes, the easiest way to do this is to email yourself the link and access it that way. Alternatively, you can type the link into the URL bar at the top of your browser and it will open the page. When copying the link ensure there are no capital letters or spaces.
